If the rooms are occupied during cleaning hours (10:00-12:00), the room will not be cleaned. PET: We regret that pets are not allowed. IMPORTANT: • Any damage and/or deterioration of any kind noted by the tenant to the structure and equipment within the property must be reported to the landlord and/or manager promptly before check-out. After this time, the damage may be charged to the tenant. PLEASE NOTE: • A €200.00 security deposit may be required for damages. • To ensure a comfortable check-in, please schedule an appointment and update the property 30 minutes before your arrival. • Luggage storage: We do not offer this service. We have a space available for guests where, under their sole responsibility, they can leave their luggage while waiting for their rooms to be ready and cool off in the pool or garden.
