The Antica residenza la Vela is located in via Trarivi n. 14 in Meta di Sorrento, a characteristic center of the Sorrento Coast, about 3 km away from the renowned Sorrento and only 10 km from the marvelous pearl of the Amalfi coast or Positano. The residence, dating back to the eighteenth century, renovated in its peculiar architectural style, where there are vaulted and pavilion ceilings, is located in the hilly part of Meta, behind it you can admire the Lattari Mountains, on the opposite side you can enjoy of a wonderful panorama on the Gulf of Naples. The structure, located on the ground floor, has three apartments with gardens of different sizes and offer all the comforts to enjoy a pleasant holiday away from the chaos of the city. It is possible to park the car on the street for free or in a private courtyard at a cost of € 10.00 per day about 150 meters from the structure. PHYSICAL BARRIERS: The property is not barrier free and is located of about 30 meters walk-up to the hill.

1. PHYSICAL BARRIERS: The property is not barrier free and is located of about 30 meters walk-up to the hill. 2. CHECK IN: between 15:30 to 21:00 upon request cause no reception service is offered at the property. Late check-ins are charged of about € 25,00 (from 21:15 till 23:59) and € 50,00 (from 00.00 till 03.00 in the night). We kindly ask to our guests to inform us about arrival time in previous days. 3. PARKING: parking is available for free at the front street or in a private parking 150meters away with a charge € 10,00 per day. 4. ANIMALS AND PETS: one max pet is welcome on a charge of about € 10,00 per night/pet. For any more questions, we are here for you. 5. REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You will receive your refund three days after checking out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. 6. CANCELLATION/PREPAYMENT: Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to apartment type. Please check the apartment conditions when selecting your apartment above. 7. CHILDREN AND BEDS: Children of all ages are welcome, Children 12 years or older will pay the same as adults at this property. To see correct pricing and occupancy information, add the number and ages of children who will be staying to your search.
