La Casa di Gaia

The house consists of a villa entirely in stone, it was not possible to date the construction but in all likelihood it is a 19th century rural house, in 2019 a total restoration began in the name of the construction of a modern house with every kind of comfort. The house is equipped with underfloor air conditioning, jacuzzi taps, mini hydromassage pool and in general we have selected quality materials respecting the origins of the building. Entering through the gate leads to a paved garden with a relaxation corner where the mini pool and a dining area with reclining armchairs and a comfortable outdoor kitchen are housed. On the ground floor there is an entrance sitting room, a large eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, on the attic floor a sleeping area with double bed and bathroom and a living area with double sofa bed and 17 cm mattress. The house is equipped with WIFI and all televisions are smart TVs. the rate doesn't include tourist tax. (1 euro each per day for over 12 with a maximum apply of 10 days per stay)
