The house for tourist rental can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults. The rental property called CASA STALLETTA is not a hotel facility, therefore personal services are excluded by law, such as reception, concierge or surveillance of the accommodation, receiving mail, provision of meals and drinks, cleaning and change of linen during the period, provision of personal soaps. The property is rented exclusively for tourist purposes. The tenant undertakes to host no more than 4 adults, including himself and 1 infant. Check-in time is from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm and check-out no later than 9:00 am. At check-in, the tenant must deposit a deposit of €500.00 in cash as a guarantee in the event of damage, which the landlord will return at check-out. Use of the garden and swimming pool are shared with the guests of both houses that make up the property. Supervision of the use of the swimming pool by minors is entirely subject to the tenant's responsibility. Access to the pool is limited in the afternoon hours so as not to disturb the rest of the guests. It is forbidden to organize parties. It is forbidden to invite third parties without first communicating with the property.
