Otranto Villa MaGi

Independent villa with large garden. There are 4 bedrooms organized as follows: The bedrooms are very cool and are located in the semi-underground area, with exit to a large space equipped with a clothesline. In the sleeping area there are 2 bathrooms and 1 in the living area on the ground floor. The ground floor has a living room with TV, kitchen, dining area and bathroom and overlooks the outside. The whole large garden is equipped with armchairs and tables where you can relax in the evening or when returning from the sea. A comfortable path for pedestrians only leads directly to the sea which is about 950 meters from the house. The large garden favors the possibility for children to play outdoors in total safety, or to be able to take their pet with them on vacation. The villa is located in a residential area in Otranto. The availability of private parking, especially in the summer months, is a real convenience. Sheets and towels are not included in the accommodation rate. You can rent them at the property at an additional cost of EUR 15 per person, per stay, or bring your own
