Tenuta la Fratta is a family-run winery with Agriturismo consisting of four apartments with swimming pool. Each apartment has its own privacy and is equipped with various comforts to be able to spend a pleasant and relaxing holiday and regenerate in nature.

In the event of the cancellation of the booking determined by Covid-19 and by the related measures, the prepaid deposit will be refunded by means of a voucher of the same amount to be used within one year of issue. The supervening impossibility of performance occurs in the following cases: a) for the stays of subjects for whom the quarantine with active surveillance has been ordered or the fiduciary home stay with active surveillance by the competent health authority, in relation to the same period of quarantine or home stay; b) for stays of residents, domiciled or recipients of a ban on removal from areas affected by the infection, as identified by the decrees adopted by the President of the Council of Ministers; c) for the stays of subjects tested positive for the COVID-19 virus for which the quarantine with active surveillance is arranged or the fiduciary home stay with active surveillance by the competent health authority or the admission to health facilities, to be carried out in the same period of stay, quarantine or hospitalization; d) for the stays of subjects with departure or arrival in the areas affected by the infection, as identified by the decrees adopted by the President of the Council of Ministers, to be carried out in the period of effectiveness of the aforementioned decrees; e) for stays of subjects who have planned participation in public competitions or public selection procedures, in events or initiatives of any kind, in events and any form of meeting in a public or private place, including cultural, recreational, sports and religious, even if carried out in closed places open to the public, canceled, suspended or postponed by the competent authorities, to be carried out during the period of effectiveness of the aforementioned measures; in this case it is necessary to certify the planned participation in one of the aforementioned manifestations, initiatives or events.
