Palazzo Garibaldi - Luxury Suites is an ancient palace of the late nineteenth century, built on the remains of an ancient building of the fifteenth century already owned by the Capano family, close to Archbishop Adarzo de Santander. It became the property of the Mellone family and was then completely renovated in the early twentieth century, as can be seen in its current consistency. The Palace is located in the heart of the historic center of Galatina, overlooking the central Piazza San Pietro and its Cathedral. It overlooks the chapel of St. Paul, the place of origin of the phenomenon of tarantism and tarantolate and is not far from the Basilica of Santa Caterina d’Alessandria, a unique Romanesque Gothic jewel in southern Italy. Palazzo Garibaldi - Luxury Suites has 5 suites. The style of the rooms is minimal and contemporary, with a preference for Italian designers and notes of the Apulian tradition.
